I have for sale this top of the line of the Balda cameras. It is the Super Baldax film camera that uses the popular 120 size of roll film. It will make 12 negatives on a roll 6X6 size. Now to the particulars. The lens is a Schneider Kreuznach Radionar 80mm f2.9 in a Prontor -SVS shutter with speeds of 1 to 300+B. A Balda Super Baldinettte with a super nice Schneider Kreuznach Xenon 1:2/50 lens in a Synchro Compur shutter. You do not see too many of these little Balda cameras esp. with top of the line lens and shutter. The camera body shows some overall wear but not too bad. The lens and shutter are very nice and working correctly at all speeds as far as I can tell. The rangefinder image is a little off vertically but the focus moves easily as it should. Comes with a leather case which is well worn as seen in the pictures.
I purchase cameras at garage sales. At the end of each year I group them together and sell them on Ebay. I am selling them to you as I found them which is untested and in "as is" condition. I am selling them as a collection of vintage and antique cameras so there is no return on any items in the auction. Here is a list of what you are getting:1) Five Hawkeye Brownie Cameras. Two have flash attachments.2) Kodak No 2 Folding Cartridge Premo antique bellows camera. (Shutter fires!).3) Kodak Duoflex II camera with black exterior.4) Kodak Dupflex II camera with tan exterior.5) Balda Opening bellows
NOTE: The haze on glass on Balda. Kodak view finder has small crack (see pic) and obviously no original handle. While I am appreciative of my Grandfather and Uncle who served our country, I feel this piece of history would be better appreciated and preserved by an aficionado.
Here's a great collection of folding cameras from Germany and Japan. The Balda 6x9 folder is in superb condition and everything works perfectly. The Frank Six is in not as good a condition but everything works great except the shutter release on "B" often requires hitting the shutter twice. The Dacora needs help to fully open and the Enna lens does not work well on speeds below 1/25th. All the lenses on these cameras are coated three element designs and the glass is pristine. All of these 120 folders are fun to use and you can great great results at a rock bottom price. Just for fun I am
